Annie (she/her) was one of New Light's first interns more than a decade ago! She formally joined the Board in 2024 and serves as part of the Development Committee, securing the funds needed to produce our original work. In her day job, Annie is a Philanthropy Officer at The Humane League, an international nonprofit dedicated to ending factory farming. She specializes in relationship building, one-to-one fundraising, and major gifts. Before the pandemic, Annie worked as part of the Development Special Events teams at The Public Theater and New York City Ballet, coordinating events at Astor Place, Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte Theater, and David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center. She currently resides in Denver with her mini-pittie pandemic pup rescue.
